They design molds using the very latest materials, standard parts and technology so they are robust and perfectly functional and as simple as possible for ease of maintenance and the lowest possible price.
In addition to standard moulds, they also have extensive experience with the design of two multi-component molds, chocking (needling), platen and tandem moulds.
They use the sophisticated Solidworks 2021 CAD software for the development of parts and the design of moulds. Correct decision making is facilitated by Solidworks Plastics software for MoldFlow analysis, which confirms the accuracy of moulding, distribution and the location of sprues prior to commercing production.
