Production of standard as well as multi-component, overmolding and stack molds
The tool room is located in a newly constructed, fully air-conditioned building for attaining maximum production precision. Experienced professionals working with state-of-the-art technology and the latest machines are a guarantee of quality and precision work. In addition to injection molds with a total weight of up to 8 tonnes, we also produce spare parts for molds, precision-made customised parts and measuring fixtures.
For production purposes, the tool room is equipped with machines from brands such as Röders, Hermle, DMG, Hembrug, Auerbach, Ingersoll, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.
Five-axis CNC milling centres and electrical discharge boring machines are equipped with an EROWA pallet system enabling rapid and precise production.
Quality control and creation of measurement records are ensured by a measurement centre equipped with a Wenzel CMM 3D measuring machine.
The tool room holds ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification.
